The app
Which devices does Reflect Planner run on?
iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 27 or later, with a companion app for Apple Watch on watchOS 26 or later. It is a native iPhone and iPad app.
How does Apple Intelligence work in Reflect Planner?
Apple Intelligence can prepare editable drafts for goals, tasks, and events. Private Cloud Compute handles the primary request; if it is not available, Reflect Planner can fall back to Apple’s on-device model. Requests go through Apple’s system, never a developer-run AI server, and nothing is saved until you approve it.
You can turn Apple Intelligence off inside Reflect Planner. Assistance and model-powered suggestions then disappear, while manual planning and reflection keep working normally.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, password, or profile. Open the app and start with a goal.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Your goals, tasks, subtasks, calendar events, repeats, and categories live in the app's own database on the device you created them on. Reflect Planner does not send this plan to a developer-run server.
How does syncing between devices work?
Through your own iCloud account. With iCloud enabled for Reflect Planner, your plan syncs between the devices signed in to that account using Apple's private CloudKit storage — the same mechanism Apple's own apps use. The data sits in your iCloud account, under Apple's terms, and the developer has no access to it. If you turn off iCloud for Reflect Planner, your plan stays on that device.
Is anything tracked?
No. There are no ads, no advertising identifier, and nothing that follows you across other apps or websites. The one outside service in the app is RevenueCat, which keeps track of your subscription: it sees your purchases, never your plan. This website sets no cookies and loads no trackers. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored, and where.
Buying and billing
What does it cost?
A monthly or yearly subscription, each starting with 7 days free if you haven't subscribed before, or a single lifetime purchase with no trial. The three differ only in duration — each one is the whole app, with no features held back. There is no free tier. Current prices are on the pricing section.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Apple bills every subscription, so it is cancelled through the App Store rather than inside Reflect Planner. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Reflect Planner. On Mac: open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings, and find Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have already paid for running to its end. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
Outside the US and Singapore, the yearly subscription can also be paid in 12 monthly payments. Cancelling that plan stops it renewing, but the payments left in its 12-month commitment are still due.
How do I request a refund?
Apple processes every purchase, so Apple handles every refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. The decision is Apple's — the developer is not part of that process and cannot issue a refund directly. If the app caused the problem, email us too so we can investigate.
Getting help
How do I report a bug?
Email contact@konstruktlabs.com. A report is much faster to act on when it carries:
- the device, and the system version it runs
- the version of Reflect Planner
- what you expected to happen
- what happened instead
- the steps that reproduce it, if it happens more than once
Screenshots and screen recordings help. Do not send anything you would not put in an ordinary email. A bug report rarely needs the contents of your plan.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes. Tell us what you were trying to do and where the app fell short. That context is more useful than a feature name on its own.
Where does the support email go?
Straight to the people who build Reflect Planner. What happens to that correspondence afterwards is covered in the privacy policy.
